Deceiving - Poor Quality

I wanted to reach out regarding my recent purchase, as I’m quite disappointed with the product.

First, your online advertising presents the glasses as significantly larger than they actually are. That’s what initially drew me in, but when they arrived, they were much smaller than expected.

Second, the lens quality is very poor. While wearing them, I can see reflections of my own eye in the corners, which makes them uncomfortable and difficult to use. This seems like a fundamental design issue.

Additionally, the scent applied to the glasses was overwhelming and actually gave me a headache. That was an unpleasant surprise and not something I would expect from a product like this.

Overall, the quality does not match what was advertised, and I’m frustrated to have spent money on something that falls this far short of expectations.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with a return or refund.

Looking into our correspondence we can see that we have reached out to you a little over a week ago to advise of our return policy and we have not heard anything back from you as of yet

Our Icon shades are actually our largest available styles, measuring 145mm wide, which is already oversized. Unfortunately they can’t be adjusted to be larger, but they do have some natural flex and will mould slightly to your head shape over time making them more comfortable to wear!

It is possible your experiencing this reflection whilst wearing due to the size of the glasses. They are an oversized style, meaning the lenses are extra large and very square so in certain lighting conditions it's possible they can pick up some glare or reflection due to the larger surface area.
