Never received my order

After shipping company delivering my glasses to wrong house and going back and forth with them I was told by you that if I want another set I’d have to pay for shipping after I spent extra money to have them shipped faster.

Hey Michael, your parcel was delivered to your address provided at checkout by the courier as our team had opened a case in regards to this as the courier had scanned and delivered, we ship all packages with signature on delivery as we can't risk your parcel being stolen! Our team were unable to make any further claims on our end however our team were still happy to ship you out a replacement and follow our standard procedure however our team are still awaiting your response from the 25th of April, if you could please get back to them as soon as possible they look forward to hearing back from you and assisting you further :)

I have multiple pairs of them but on these ones the lense have came off the frame around the nose
